When the embroidery arrives, the fabric may have fold lines, and some stitches along the folds might appear slightly shifted. This is completely normal for hand embroidery and nothing to worry about. Simply press the fabric gently with a warm iron on a low setting, then stretch it onto a frame — the fabric will become smooth and the embroidery will look perfect.
